No, although we would love to see you and chat with you, we are able to perform all of our exterior cleaning services without you being present at your home. If you plan to be away from home during the time of service please allow us to have access to all parts of your property that will be requiring cleaning.

• Please ensure that all of your pets and children are inside the home.
• Remove vehicles from the driveway prior to our arrival to ensure no dirt or debris gets on them during the cleaning process.
• Any items that cannot get wet or washed should be brought inside prior to our arrival.

• Please make sure to water all of your plants thoroughly before we arrive.

Do I need to be concerned about my plants?
In order to clean your roof with zero chance of damage and ensure 100% kill ratio on all organic growth, we will wash your roof with detergent and/or sodium hypochlorite. The use of soft washing with sodium hypochlorite completely removes the risk of using high pressure on your roof however it does come with some inherent risks. If sodium hypochlorite is left on a plant or in a concentrated area on the grass, it will burn it. In order to mitigate any risk to plants and shrubs during the roof cleaning process, our team uses tarps to cover areas as needed. We also bag all downspouts so as the detergent is coming down the gutter system it will not go directly on the grass, instead it goes into a bag in which we properly dispose of. We also thoroughly rinse down all plants prior to the cleaning as well as after the cleaning as an extra precaution.

• We take all the debris with us and throw it away –we do not leave it at the residence.

If you are home during the cleaning, payment is due upon completion of our service. You may pay in the form of cash, check, Zelle or credit card. If you are not home during the cleaning service then we will email you an invoice with a link to a payment portal which you can then pay with a credit card. Payment is due within three business days of the sent invoice.

All commercial cleaning services are subject to net 30 payment terms. You will be emailed an invoice with a link to a secure payment portal.
